Full function time and attendance. . . . in the palm of your hand. TMS provides two models (HANDPUNCH 1000, 2000, 3000, or 4000 series) and the IT 900 fingerprint, bringing the sophistication of identification technology to the realm of time and attendance.
HandPunch 1000 - Uses RSI's field-proven hand geometry biometric technology. The terminal captures a three-dimensional image of the hand each time the employee punches.
HandPunch 2000 - Saves money over card-based systems. Fast and easy to use. Eliminates badges. Eliminates buddy punching.
HandPunch 3000 - Developed to enhance most time and attendance systems, the HandPunch 3000 offers optional Ethernet connectivity and multiple memory upgrades to grow with your company's needs.
HandPunch 4000 - Brings the flexibility of a full function time and attendance terminal together with the sophistication of the most accurate identification technology available. The HandPunch 4000 uses the size and shape of your employee's hand to verify their identity each time they punch. No fingerprints or palm prints are utilized.
A cost-saving, easy-to-use solution. With the HandPunch series, your hand is your badge. The cost of creating and administering badges is eliminated - and so is the ever to common problem of "buddy punching." The HandPunch technology ensures payroll accuracy by simply requiring each employee to be there to punch. The terminal is easy for anyone to use, and extremely accurate. An employee's identity is verified in less than one second.
More than a simple time and attendance terminal the HandPunch 4000 lets you tailor the system to meet your precise needs - providing the ability to send messages to employees when they punch in, find out about their schedules, total hours worked, and more.

I.T. 900 Finger Reader:
The compact design of the I.T. 900 makes it easy to install almost anywhere. The finger reader positively identifies each employee and eliminates buddy punching. There is no question; your employee has to be there to punch.
During enrollment, the reader stores a unique digital template for each employee. When punching in or out, the I.T. 900 compares the reading from the employee's finger with the digital template that is stored for that employee. If there is a match, the punch is accepted .Punches are stored in the I.T.900 for retrieval by Attendance Enterprise, or Attendance Professional.
Preserving privacy:
When a finger is scanned, only the digital template of the fingerprint is stored to protect employee privacy. The fingerprint itself is not saved, nor can the fingerprint be recreated from the digital template.
Features:

Fully Secured Fingerprint Recognition, Period.
A natural reaction to the use of biometric technology is the perceived risk of personal privacy invasion, what exactly is being done with my biometric information? Who can access it? How is it being used? How can it be used by an outside party?
As one of the largest fingerprint recognition system providers to the commercial marketplace, M2SYS recognizes the sensitive nature of its technology. Consequently, we employ several important security features to ensure the privacy of those using the system is fully protected.
Fingerprint images are NOT stored
Fingerprint data is stored in a proprietary format unique to the M2SYS system
All fingerprint data is stored using the AES 128 bit encryption algorithm
