Enterprise Express is a comprehensive, integrated time and attendance system for small to mid-sized companies with under 100 employees. Express has all the functionality of the robust Attendance Enterprise software, but at a price structured for the small business user. With out-of-the-box functionality, Express is pre-programmed for the end user to self install. If help is required, TMS is available to provide this via telephone. The software includes a favorites bar, shortcuts, and setup wizards to configure company payroll rules, edit employee hours, input schedules, and enter employee personal information easily.
The package includes - The Attendance Enterprise Express software (which includes Microsoft SQL), an IT 850 time recorder (more clocks can be added), proximity employee badges, a RS-485 mini-master adapter, Cat 5 communications cable, USB key, and an installation training presentation CD.

Out of Box Functionality of the IT850 Time Recorder

The numeric keypad of the I. T. 850 provides nine of the most common operations performed at the time recorder such as:Supervisor Edits, Review hours, Tip Entry, Department Transfers, and Review Schedules. No special configuration is required: the numeric function keys are programmed and labeled at the factory. Three programmable function keys are also available to accommodate site-specific requirements. The compact design of the IT850 makes it easy to install almost anywhere. The durable plastic conforms to Americans with Disabilities Act requirements. Up to three IT 850 time recorders can be connected to a single PC serial port. With the optional network interface, IT 850 time recorders can connect directly to an existing computer network.
