Time Management Systems, Inc. ("TMS," "we," "us," or "our") respects the privacy of our clients and is committed to protecting personal information provided in connection with our SMS messaging services.
This SMS Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information associated with text message communications between TMS and its clients.
1. SMS Messaging Program
TMS uses SMS messaging to communicate with existing clients for business-related purposes, including:
- Support ticket communications and updates
- Project and implementation communications
- Responses to client questions or requests initiated by text message
TMS does not currently use this SMS program to send advertising, promotional, or marketing text messages.

When you communicate with TMS by SMS, we may collect and maintain information including:

- You initiate an SMS conversation with a TMS business telephone number.
Our website is not used to collect consumer opt-in for this 10DLC campaign.
Your consent to receive SMS messages is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing products or services from TMS.

Such providers may process information only as necessary to provide those services and are not authorized by TMS to use SMS consent information or mobile telephone numbers for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

TMS uses third-party telecommunications providers, including Zoom, to facilitate SMS communications.
These service providers may process mobile telephone numbers, message content, and related technical information as necessary to transmit and manage SMS communications.
Use of these providers does not constitute the sale of your personal information or the sharing of your SMS consent for marketing or promotional purposes.
7. Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with TMS, including the status of your support request, project, or implementation.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.
TMS does not charge a separate fee for receiving SMS communications from us.
8. Opting Out of SMS Communications
You may withdraw your consent to receive SMS messages from TMS at any time by replying STOP to a text message from TMS.
After an opt-out request is received, you will no longer receive SMS messages covered by that request unless you subsequently provide consent to resume messaging.
You may also contact TMS directly to request that SMS communications be discontinued.

10. Data Security
TMS uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
No electronic communication or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Accordingly, clients should avoid sending highly sensitive information through SMS unless specifically requested and an appropriate method of communication has been established.
11. Data Retention
TMS may retain SMS communications and associated information for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- Provide services to our clients
- Maintain business and support records
- Document communications and consent
- Meet contractual, legal, regulatory, or operational requirements
- Resolve disputes or enforce agreements
Information that is no longer required may be deleted or otherwise disposed of in accordance with TMS's applicable data-retention practices.
